Welcome to the Educator's Guide to Color!
By the time you have completed this tutorial you should have a better understanding of basic color theory, the symbolism of color, psychological effects, spatial effects and relationships, and how to appropriately incorporate color into individual educational needs. While it is not necessary to go into multiple color theories and the physics of color, having a basic background knowledge about color is important. Color communicates unspoken messages to people, it effects peoples moods and attention spans, and colors themselves influence the colors around them.

This tutorial is made up of ten short lessons. As you work your way through, you will always be able to return to a previous lesson without having to backtrack or lose your spot in the progression. Enjoy!
